Elkhart Water Meter Upgrade Project
NECO is pleased to have been selected as the installation contractor for the City of Elkhart Water Meter Upgrade project.
The project is scheduled to be performed between Nov 2017 and Spring of 2018. You will be receiving a letter asking you to call or visit our web site for an appointment. During the installation, you will receive a new water meter with an integrated transmitter unit that will send readings directly to the Water Billing office. This system will allow for more accurate and consistent billing and greatly enhance the level of customer service through early detection of potential leaks.
