Elyria Water Meter Replacement Program
NECO is pleased to have been selected as the installation contractor for the City of Elyria Water Meter Replacement project.
The Residential Meter Replacement project is scheduled to begin during the second half of 2018. You will be receiving a letter asking you to call or visit our web site for an appointment. During the installation, you may receive a new water meter and you will receive a transmitter unit that will send readings directly to the Water Billing office. This project will result in an improved level of customer service through more accurate and consistent billing.
If you have received such a letter, we ask that you call our office at 800-624-6975 to schedule an appointment.
Look for our trucks and signs with the Elyria Water Meter Replacement logo. Be sure that the installer has a badge that identifies them as a NECO employee. If you have any questions, please call us!
