Niles Water Meter Replacement Project
NECO is pleased to have been selected as the installation contractor for the City of Niles Water Meter Upgrade project.
The project is scheduled to begin during the second half of 2018. You will be receiving a letter asking you to call or visit our web site for an appointment. During the installation, you will receive a new water meter with a transmitter unit that will send readings directly to the Water Billing office. This system will allow for more accurate and consistent billing and greatly enhance the level of customer service through early detection of potential leaks.

Look for our trucks and signs with the NECO Logo. Be sure that the installer has a badge that identifies them as a NECO employee. If you have any questions, please call us.

Installations can be scheduled Monday – Thursday with limited times on Saturdays. Please select your preferred date and time frame. We will confirm that it is available or contact you to arrange an alternate time.
