Please complete the following form, including the most convenient day and timeframe. While we cannot guarantee that particular day and time are currently available, we will reply either confirming the appointment or offering you other similar timeframes for your approval.
What will the Installation Tech be doing?
The Installation Tech will be removing your existing meter, replacing it with an encoder style meter and a radio frequency transmitter. Depending on the exact product being used, the RF transmitter may need to be mounted on an exterior wall with wire connecting the two devices.
How long will the installation process take?
Depending on the type of RF transmitter being used, the installation normally takes ½ to 1 hour.
Will I need to be home?
Yes. There must be someone at the location who is 18 years of age or older.
How can I be sure that the person at the door is not an imposter?
You should never let anyone into your home unless you are sure you know who they are. Our Installation Technicians must have the proper identification with them and on their vehicle. Your local Water Utility and Police Department have a list of Technicians along with the make and model of their vehicles. If you are unsure, please call them to verify the identification.

Our office will confirm the availability of your requested day and time. If that particular day and time are not available we will offer additional times. Our crews normally can respond Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm.
Can I schedule an appointment at a convenient time for me?
Our Call Center Reps normally offer 2 hour windows of time on a day that is convenient for you. We can schedule appointments as late as 6:00 and on some Saturdays. If you need a particular day and time, we would be happy to accommodate you.
